Carpet is priced by the area, and the areas are published. A room is $90 up to 150 square feet, a hallway $45 up to 75, a walk-in closet $25 up to 35. Larger rooms count as a room-and-a-half or a double. You see the price when you book online.

Stairs take the hardest wear in a house, and it shows on the front edge of every tread first. A staircase is one line on the bill, up to 16 regular steps and both landings. The spots are treated, the pile is agitated, rinsed and extracted, then groomed so it lies the same way from top to bottom.

Rooms are $90 each up to 150 square feet, hallways $45 up to 75 square feet, walk-in closets $25 up to 35 square feet and staircases $105 for up to 16 regular steps and two landings. Larger rooms count as a room-and-a-half or a double room. All appointments require a $250 job minimum.
Tile and grout cleaning and sealing on floors is $1.50 per square foot. Sealing is included; if you decline it, the price stays the same. Grout color sealing is quoted only after we assess the floor.
Fruit- and plant-based cleaning products with a truck-mounted steam-cleaning system. We confirm the exact treatment after assessing your surfaces.
OCD HOME is an IICRC Certified Firm and is approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI). We are licensed and insured, family-owned and operated since 2016.
Topical deodorization is included with carpet cleaning. When urine has gone through to the pad, a Bio Treatment is $65 per area.

Yes. Rugs can be cleaned on site or at our Rug Spa, with pickup and delivery for a distance-based fee, or drop-off in Orange, CA by appointment. Plan on about a week, up to about two weeks.
